Shipping policy

Local deliveries available Monday to Saturday within the Sutherland Shire. You can request which day you would like your arrangement delivered to someone, especially if its for a special occasion like birthday or anniversary. 

Please note however, that this is available for NEXT DAY delivery only and must be ordered before 3pm the day prior.

For all other areas, I aim to have deliveries complete within 8 working days and Sydney Metro is often a 1-4 day turnaround. However due to Covid, most courier companies have an unprecedented backlog of deliveries so these times cannot be guaranteed.  

Unfortunately I cannot guarantee all generalised state delivery costs as specified at shipping, as some remote and rural areas attract a much higher delivery fee. In this case I will contact you to discuss options.

For large orders, weddings or functions that require set up, you must message me to check availability and organise special instructions.
